Dr.  Stelios Stavridis, ARAID Senior Research Fellow, University of Zaragoza and Associate Senior Fellow at the Institute of International Economic Relation (IIER), on 14 December 2023, at the premises of the IIER gave a lecture on “ The European Parliament, the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) and Russia.”

The lecture focused on:

• Exploring whether the European Parliament has developed an effective defence of the R2P
• Assessing the European Parliament’s policy towards Russia
